easy corn souffle

Ingredients:


16 ounces whole corn drained

16 ounces creamed corn

8 ounces corn muffin mix (I use Jiffy)

1/2 cup oil

2 large beaten eggs

8 ounces sour cream

1 cup grated cheddar cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat oven 350 degrees. Grease casserole dish Mix all ingredients except cheese. When uniformly mixed pour into casserole dish bake for 45 mins. Remove add cheese bake addtional 10 mins. Serve Warm
