Kiwi Sorbet

Ingredients:


1 cup sugar

1 cup light corn syrup

2 cups water

6 medium kiwi -- peeled

1/4 cup lemon juice
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup and water. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves; set aside. Puree kiwi and lemon juice in blender or food processor until almost smooth. Stir into syrup. Pour into ice cream canister. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's direction
