Scented Geranium Sorbet

Ingredients:


2 cups sugar

5 cups water

3/4 cup chopped lime- and lemon-scented geranium leaves
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. When syrup reaches boiling point, reduce heat to low and simmer until thick (15 minutes), then freeze. While syrup is freezing, stir to break up ice crystals. The more you stir and refreeze, the smoother the sorbet.
