Honey Pita Chips

Ingredients:


1 spray nonstick cooking spray

2 teaspoons sugar

1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

3 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon hot water

2 medium whole-wheat pita breads quartered and split -- (6-inch)

1 Cup low-fat vanilla or fruited yogurt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat the oven to 350F. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. In a bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon. In a small cup, stir together the honey and hot water. With a pastry brush, dab the rough side of the pita triangles with the honey mixture, then sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar. Arrange the triangles on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes, until toasted. Let cool. Serve with the yogurt.
