Ingredients:


6 large eggs

1 cup oil

1 1/2 cups sugar

2 1/2 cups flour

1 1/2 teaspoons anise

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 tablespoons confectioners sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:


May substitute lemon for anise. Beat eggs. Add oil, sugar and flavors; mix well. Blend in flour until nice consistency. Prepare iron with spray or brush with oil. Spoon batter on and press 30 seconds or until desired doneness. Cool flat. Sprinkle with confectioners' suga
