Ingredients:


2 cups masa harina

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup water
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine ingredients-mix well roll into 1-1/4 inch balls place each ball between 2 sheets of waxed paper flatten in a tortilla press or flatten into an 8-inch diameter round by hand place onto a comal or cast iron skillet, over a moderate flame and toast for 15-30 seconds per side, just until dried and slightly colored cover with a damp towel serve warm
