Ingredients:


6 tablespoons oil

1 tablespoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 medium celery -- fine chop

2 tablespoons vinegar

1/2 teaspoon Creole mustard

1/2 teaspoon white pepper

1/2 medium white onion -- chopped finely

1 bunch chopped parsley
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients well and chill. Serve on cold boiled shrimp.
