Brandy Jumbo Shrimp

Ingredients:


20 whole raw jumbo shrimp -- shelled and deveined

2 cloves garlic -- minced

1/2 cup brandy

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 medium stems bok choy -- cut into pieces

1 medium lemon -- juice of

1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


1) Place all ingredients in bowl and let shrimp marinate for several hours. 2) Alternate shrimp and bok choy on skewers. Place on oven proof platter. 3) Broil 12-14 minutes in oven. Turn skewers over once and season during cooking. Baste with marinade if desired. Serve with tartar sauce.
