Shrimp Butter

Ingredients:


1 pound unsalted butter

1/2 pound shrimp shells
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine ingredients in a food processor process to a fine puree, scraping sides often. Force through a fine sieve to remove shells. Form into a 1-inch diameter log. Wrap in plastic chill until firm cut into 1/4-inch slices to serve
