Shrimp Won Ton

Ingredients:


3/4 cup bay shrimp

8 ounces cream cheese

3 medium green onions -- minced

60 sheets won ton skins

2 Cup oil -- for deep frying
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine shrimp, cream cheese and onion. Place 1 teaspoon of filling in center of square. Dip your finger in water and moisten two edges of wrapper. Fold and seal. Moisten one corner and fold again. Repeat until all filling is used. Deep fry at 375ø until golden brown. May be fried ahead and heated in a 350ø oven. (Filling tends to leak and spatter in hot oil if left too long after forming.)
