Shrimp Fettuccine

Ingredients:


4 ounces bleu cheese

1/4 cup parsley -- finely chopped

2 cloves garlic

2 tablespoons half n half

1 pound cooked -- shelled shrimp

8 ounces cream cheese

4 medium scallions -- finely chopped

1/3 cup dry white wine

1 teaspoon black pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


With cheeses at room temperature, combine with wine and half n half in a 2 qt casserole. Add seasoning and shrimp. Bake at 375 degrees until heated through, about 20 minutes. Toss with cooked fettuccine.
