Ingredients:


2 tablespoons mustard

2 tablespoons vinegar

1 tablespoon sugar

1 large egg yolk

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon white pepper

1/4 cup oil

1 teaspoon dried dill

1/2 pound tiger prawn
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine mustard, vinegar, sugar, egg yolks, salt, and pepper in a bowl whisk until thickened slightly stir in dill and shrimp cover and chill for 4-96 hours serve chilled
