Daryl's Southwestern Shrimp Caesar

Ingredients:


2 medium romaine -- washed and torn into bite size pieces

1 bottle caesar salad dressing

1 cup fresh parmesan cheese -- grated

1 package daryls spicy croutons

20 large shrimp -- cooked peeled and halved lengthwise
 

Preparation / Directions:


Toss Romaine with dressing and 1/4 cup cheese; divide into serving sizes; place on plates. Sprinkle rest of cheese on individual salads. Sprinkle croutons on top; garnish each with 4 shrimp halves. Grilled chicken may be substituted for shrimp.
