Sherry Lime Sherbet

Ingredients:


1 1/2 cups dry sherry

6 ounces limeade concentrate -- thawed

14 ounces carbonated water

1/3 cup powdered sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine sherry and limeade conc.; pour in carbonated water. Add sugar and 1 drop green food color. Freeze in refrigerator trays for 8-10 hours or overnight. It will be slushy. Spoon into cups to serve.
