Shrimp De Jonghe

Ingredients:


1 pound peeled shrimp pieces

3/4 cup toasted dry bread crumbs

1/4 cup green onions chopped

1/4 cup parsley chopped

3/4 teaspoon tarragon

1/4 teaspoon garlic crushed

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 dash pepper

1/2 cup melted butter

1/4 cup sherry
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place shrimp in well greased shallow casserole. Mix remaining ingredients and distribute over shrimp. Toss lightly. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
