Ingredients:
1 pound peeled shrimp pieces |
3/4 cup toasted dry bread crumbs |
1/4 cup green onions chopped |
1/4 cup parsley chopped |
3/4 teaspoon tarragon |
1/4 teaspoon garlic crushed |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 dash pepper |
1/2 cup melted butter |
1/4 cup sherry |

Preparation / Directions:
Place shrimp in well greased shallow casserole. Mix remaining ingredients and distribute over shrimp. Toss lightly. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
