Garlic And Chili Prawns

1 kilogram large green prawns
1/2 cup olive oil
90 grams butter -- melted
6 cloves crushed garlic
2 teaspoons finely chopped chilies
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper

Preparation / Directions:

Peel and devein prawns. Slit through the back and butterfly them. Heat cast iron pots on the barbecue flatplate. Combine ingredients in the Garlic Chili Mixture and heat in a frying pan until bubbling. Add the prawns and toss until they are coated with the mixture. Divide the garlic mixture between the cast iron pots and cook until the prawns curl and turn pink, about 2 minutes. Serve immediately with rice.
