Poached Lobster Delights And Garden Vegetable

Ingredients:


1 cup chicken broth

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon dried basil

1/4 teaspoon thyme

1/4 teaspoon oregano leaves

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 cup quartered fresh mushrooms

1 package Louis Kemp lobster delights -- chunks (8 oz)

3 cups fresh vegetables -- (broccoli, flowerets, carrot) or

1 package frozen mixed vegetables -- thawed (16 oz)

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 teaspoon margarine
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine first six ingredients in saucepan. Cook and stir on medium heat until mixture thickens and boils. Add mushrooms, Lobster Delights and vegetables. Cover; reduce heat. Simmer about 10 minutes or until tender-crisp, stirring once. Stir in lime juice and margarine.
