Seafood Quiche

1/2 pound shrimp or crabmeat
3 large eggs
1/2 cup Bisquick
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups grated cheese
1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup combination of chopped:
1 medium green bell peppers
1 medium red bell peppers
1 medium Onions
1 pint mushrooms
1 medium celery
1 crust pie shell -- up to 0-1/

Preparation / Directions:

Sauté peppers, onions, mushrooms and celery in the melted butter. Lightly beat eggs and combine with Bisquick, milk, salt, Tabasco sauce and cheese. Add shrimp or crabmeat to mixture along with vegetables. Pour into a prepared pie shell and bake in a preheated 350F oven for 45 minutes. Add an additional 15 minutes if prepared ahead of time.
