King's Brown Sauce

3 small white onions -- minced
1 medium winesap apple -- grated or
3 tablespoons mincemeat
3 ounces Kikkoman soy sauce
2 cloves garlic -- crushed
5 ounces Picappeppa sauce*
4 ounces olive oil
1 teaspoon red and black pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Preparation / Directions:

*no substitutions Sauté onion and garlic in oil, add remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes. Use for crab legs or cook shrimp in sauce. Serve shrimp in brown sauce with toasted hard rolls and garlic butter.
