Ingredients:

1 cup sour cream

3 tablespoons chives or onions -- minced

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

3 large cucumbers

In large bowl, combine sour cream, chives, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Peel and thinly slice cucumbers; add and mix well. Cover and refrigerate.
