Cheer Up A Crab

Ingredients:


20 ounces frozen spinach -- cooked and well drained

10 ounces rotel tomatoes and green chiles

1 cup sour cream

1 cup grated cheese

1 cup crabmeat -- (canned, fresh OR frozen)

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash

1 teaspoon dill weed

2 tablespoons chopped onion
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place spinach in greased shallow 2 quart casserole. Mix all other ingredients and pour over spinach. Bake at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes.
