Scalloped Pineapple

Ingredients:


1/2 cup butter -- melted

4 cups fresh bread cubes

3 large eggs

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup evaporated milk

20 ounces crushed pineapple -- undrained
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine butter and bread cubes; mix well, and set aside. Combine eggs, sugar, and milk; beat with electric mixer just until blended. Add bread cube mixture and pineapple stirring well. Pour into a lightly greased 2 quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered at 350 F for 1 hour.
