8 ounces cream cheese
2/3 cup chili sauce
4 1/4 ounces lump crabmeat
1 packages assorted crackers

Preparation / Directions:

Place cream cheese on serving plate. Pour chili sauce over cheese. Arrange crab meat on top. Garnish as desired with parsley, lemon slices, etc. Serve with crackers. Makes 8-10 servings. Variations: Substitute 1/2 cup chopped cooked shrimp or 1/2 cup tiny frozen shrimp for crab meat.
