1 medium yellow onions -- chopped
1 medium red bell pepper -- chopped
1 medium green bell pepper -- chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 pound imitation crab meat
1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
1 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Preparation / Directions:

In a small bowl, combine onion, red and green bell pepper and celery. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high heat until tender and crisp. Add crabmeat, bread crumbs, pepper, mustard, ketchup and mayonnaise. Divide mixture among 4 scallop shells and microwave, uncovered on high heat until hot and bubbly. Approximately 10 minutes.
