Crab Mousse

Ingredients:


2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin

1/2 cup cold water

1 cup boiling water

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup whipping cream

2 cups flaked crabmeat

2 1/2 tablespoons pimiento

6 medium stuffed olives stuffed

1/2 medium green peper -- diced

1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Soften gelatin in cold water. Dissolve in boiling water, then chill. Fold in mayonnaise, whipped cream, crabmeat, pimiento, olives and green pepper. Turn into a cold, wet 6 cup mold and chill until set.
