Crab And Pepper Hash

Ingredients:


1/4 cup butter or margarine

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1 large red bell pepper -- chopped

2 cloves garlic -- finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 1/2 pounds red potatoes -- small, cooked

1 package frozen crab meat
 

Preparation / Directions:


Melt margarine in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook onions, bell pepper and garlic in margarine, stirring occasionally, until bell pepper is tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until hot.
