Ingredients:


5 pounds ground pork shoulder

5 pounds ground raw potatoes

4 tablespoons salt

1 tablespoon garlic salt

5 pounds ground round

3 large onions -- ground or fine chop

2 tablespoons black pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine ingredients and mix well. Stuff in casings. Makes about 17 lb. Freeze in 1 or 2 lb. pkgs.
