A delicate dish from South East Asia
 

Ingredients:


3 links Sausages

2 slices Bread

1 tablespoons Butter
 

Preparation / Directions:


Fry sausages until black Whilst sausages are burning drizzle the butter over the bread. When sausages are properly cremated cut in half and then fry the inside part until crispy. Arrange sausages artiscally on one slice of bread, butter side up and then place the second slice of bread over the top, butter side down. Cut into four and serve whilst hot on a brown sauce coullie.
