Sweet and Sour Sauce

Ingredients:


1/3 Cup White Vinegar

1 Cup Water

2/3 Cup Sugar

1 dash Salt

1 dash MSG

1 dash White Pepper

1 dash Tabasco

1 tablespoons Cornstarch combined with 2 TBSP Water

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

2 tablespoons ketchup
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook first 7 ingredients over medium heat; add cornstarch combined with water and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until it is bubbly and thick. Remove from stove and add ketchup. This will stay good in the refrigerator for about a week.
