ROTEL SALSA (FRESH PICANTE SAUCE)

Ingredients:


1 can RO*TEL Tomatoes and Green Chilies, chopped and drained

2 medium Green onions, chopped fine

1 clove Garlic, minced

1 large Tomato, chopped

1 medium Lime (juice of 1/2)

1/2 teaspoon Salt

2 medium fresh jalapenos to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Just mix in a serving bowl and grab some corn chips, or use as a topping for salads and Southwestern and Cajun fare.
