Ingredients:


1/4 cup pineapple juice

1/4 cup fresh lime juice

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 teaspoon garlic

1 teaspoon ginger

2 teaspoons peanut oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients-mix well cover and chill for 1-24 hours use as a basting sauce for roasted or grilled meats or fish
