Chili Sauce With Apples

Ingredients:


12 medium apples

12 medium ripe tomatoes

8 medium Onions

3 cups sugar

1 quart vinegar

2 tablespoons salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon cloves

1 teaspoon allspice

1 teaspoon mustard

1 teaspoon ginger
 

Preparation / Directions:


Chop apples, tomatoes, and onions fine or grind in a food chopper, then add remaining ingredients. Cook until thick and then can it or put in catsup bottles or other bottles with good sealing tops. This makes a large quantity for canning or bottling.
