Mustard sauce

Mustard sauce - Delicious
 

Ingredients:


1/2 cup brown vinegar

1 large egg

1 Tablespoon sugar

1 Tablespoon cornflour

1 teaspoon dry mustard powder OR hot English mustard.

1 cup water from Corned Meet Pot
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix together sugar and egg, blend well, add mustard and cornflour mix well, add brown vinegar and the water from corn meet. Heat over low heat or put in double boiler stir until thickened.
