Lemon Dijon Cream Sauce

Ingredients:


2 teaspoons butter

1 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoons dijon

1/2 cup heavy cream (may need more)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Melt butter. Add lemon juice and dijon and mix. Stir in heavy cream, 1/4 cup at a time, til right consistency.
