White Sauce - Medium

Ingredients:


2 Tablespoons Margarine

2 Tablespoons flour

1/8 Teaspoon salt

1 Cup Milk Or Milk Subsitute

1 Dash white pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Melt margarine in saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour, salt and dash white pepper. Add milk all at once. Cook quickly, stirring constantly, till mixture thickens and bubbles. Remove sauce from heat when it bubbles. add cheeses or other flavorings at this point.
