Orange-Banana Sauce

Ingredients:


1 tablespoon cornstarch

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 cups fresh orange juice

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons margarine

1/2 teaspoon orange rind -- grated

2 medium ripe bananas
 

Preparation / Directions:


Makes about 2 cups 1. Mix cornstarch and salt in saucepan with small amount of orange juice; gradually stir in remaining orange juice and honey. 2. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. 3. Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice, margarine and orange rind. 4. Peel bananas; slice and add to sauce.
