Multi Purpose Grilling Sauce

Ingredients:


2 tablespoons fresh grated ginger

1/2 cup pineapple juice

1/2 medium orange juice

3/4 cup chardonnay

1/2 pound dark brown sugar

3 ounces tomato paste

1/2 cup natural soy sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:


Process: Saute ginger and garlic in tbs oil. Add juices and tomato paste, stir to combine. Add remaining ingredients, stir and simmer. Adjust seasoning to taste. Make a batch regardess of what your immediate needs, it will keep well when refrigerated.
