Ingredients:


2 teaspoons diced jalapeno chiles

1 teaspoon garlic

2 teaspoons corn oil

10 ounces creme fraiche

1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


heat chiles and garlic in oil, over low heat, for 4 minutes, until tender remove from heat, stir in remaining ingredients serve warm
