Herbed Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:


16 ounces whole tomatoes -- drained and seeded

1 cup sour cream

1/4 cup fresh parsley sprigs

1 teaspoon basil

1 teaspoon tarragon

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 dashes red pepper

1 dash white pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients until smooth in a blender or food processor. Refrigerate until ready to use.
