Ingredients:


4 cups green mangoes

1 cup water -- (1 to 2)

1/2 cup sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:


Wash and pare mangoes, cut into thin slices. Place mangos in water and cook until tender. Add sugar and bring to a full boil. Puree and chill.
