1/3 cup unsalted butter

1/4 cup capers

2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


serve with fish, chicken or vegetables. in skillet melt butter; add capers, lemon juice and salt.
