Beef in Soured Cream and Dill Weed Sauce

Ingredients:


1 pound good tender steak

1 teaspoon vegetable oil

2 tablespoons water

1 cup beef stock

1 dash salt and pepper

6 ounces noodles

3 ounces soured cream

1 teaspoon dill weed
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Cut the steak into strips. Heat the oil thoroughly in a large fying pan and brown the steak on both sides. Stir in the water, stock cube and seasoning and bring to the boil sirring. Then simmer the beef for 100 mins or until it is tender. Keep watching it and add more water if necessary.

2. Boil the noodles in salted water witha little oil until soft and place on a heated plate. Place the pieces of steak on top. 3. Stir the soured cream and dill weed into the cooking juices and spoon over the top of the beef. so easy !
