2 Slices bread of your choice

1 medium California avocado sliced

1 package Cooked shrimp -- chilled

1 Tablespoon salad dressing or mayo

1/2 teaspoon Salt and pepper to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Using bread of your choice, spread on your favorite salad dressing or mayo. Add sliced avocado and fresh/frozen/canned shrimp. Salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy a cool and delicious lunch or munchie.
