Beef and Veggie Pitas

Ingredients:


1 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Watkins Italian Salad Dressing Blend

1 tablespoon cider vinegar

1/4 cup milk

4 pieces pita breads -- 6 inch sliced in half

1 bunch lettuce leaves

12 ounces thinly sliced deli roast beef

1 medium cucumber -- thinly sliced

1 medium tomato -- halved and thinly sliced

1 medium bell pepper -- halved and cut into slices

1 medium Zucchini thinly sliced

1 small red onion -- cut into slices
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine mayonnaise, Salad Dressing Blend, vinegar and milk; mix until smooth, then set aside. Layer lettuce, beef, cucumber, tomato, bell pepper, zucchini and onion slices in pita bread halves. Serve with sauce. Makes 8 servings.
