Red Pepper Salsa

Ingredients:


3/4 Cup Pepper red bell chopped fine

2 tablespoons Onion minced

1/2 teaspoon Sambal oelek,or to taste

1 1/2 Cup Tomatoes seeded, chopped

2 tablespoons Oil, olive
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients and mix well. Makes about 2 cups Store for short periods in the refrigerator. Serve with chicken, beef, or blue corn tortilla chips.
