Ingredients:


1 cup onion

1/2 cup poblano chile

1 medium jalapeno chile

1 teaspoon garlic

2 teaspoons corn oil

1/2 cup whipping cream

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


saute onion, chiles, and garlic in oil for 8 minutes, until onion is tender stir in whipping cream and salt-mix well serve at room temperature
