Spicy Corn Relish

Ingredients:


1 quart fresh kernel corn or equal amt. frozen or canned

1 cup celery -- chopped

1/2 cup sugar

1 tablespoon salt

1 cup pimento -- chopped coarse

1 cup green pepper -- chopped coarse

1/2 cup onion -- chopped med.

2 cups vinegar -- (1 pt. bottle)

1 teaspoon celery seed
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix sugar, salt, celery seed and vinegar together. Place in enameled or Pyrex saucepan and boil with vegetables for 20 min. Can and process in usual manner.
