Kiwifruit Salsa

Ingredients:


2 cups ripe kiwifruit -- diced

1/2 cup chopped red onion

1/4 cup chopped red capsicum

1 clove garlic -- crushed

1/2 cup basil leaves chopped

1 medium serrano -- chopped

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1/4 cup lime juice

1 teaspoon salt to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients, stirring gently. Refrigerate for up to 24 hours in a covered container before serving.
