Ingredients:


2 large tomatoes chopped (2 cups)

1 medium jalapeno chili seeded and finely chopped

1 small cucumber seeded and chopped (1 cup)

2 medium green onions sliced (2 tablespoons)

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1/4 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients. Serve at room temperature.
