Ingredients:


1 cup sweet red onion

1 teaspoon garlic

2 medium jalapeno chile

1/2 cup crane melon -- peeled-cored-sma

1 cup plum tomato

1/4 cup green bell pepper

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 teaspoon cumin

1 pound tortilla chips

1 liter dice
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients-mix well cover and chill for 1-2 days serve slightly chilled with tortilla chips or corn chips
